Payment terms
All fees are quoted up front so that patients have all the information prior to any treatment starting. Our standard policy is for patients to pay at the end of the first treatment session.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and cheques if accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 48 hour notice (2 working days) prior to changes or cancellation of appointments to allow time to contact those patients who may be in urgent need of treatment and ensures that we can offer an efficient service to all of our patients at all times. It will be necessary to charge a late cancellation fee should this policy be overlooked.
